Basecamp Classic Bronze

A unique horological experiment that features Bronze not only as a case material, but as an instrument of intrigue and introspection on the subject of life, death and rebirth.

No two bronze pieces patina the same, the end result being contingent on the material interaction with its environment in which it is immersed, the natural or anthropic processes it goes through over the passage of time. The patina varies widely giving unique characteristics that enhance the beauty of the product much like the effects of different adversities in life has on different individuals.

Basecamp reminds you that it time to step back, take a break, breathe.

Don&rsquo-t count your time. Make your time count.

Basecamp: a metaphor for your escape, your adventure.

Basecamp is driven by one of the most reliable and robust workhorse in the industry &ndash- the Seiko Instrument Inc. NH35a automatic movement. The watch fuels up by wrist motion, but can also be wound manually via the crown- fully wound, it armed with a 42-hour power reserve.

Unlike most watches, Basecamp boasts three drastically different hands, so the hour, minute, and second are immediately distinguishable. -

Retro beige by day, and radiant green by night. Charged under sunlight, Japanese phosphorescent pigment ensures a vibrant, long-lasting glow that will endure till dawn.

Basecamp 3mm crystal is patently arched for a real, retro look. The desired shape took the UNDONE team two years to develop in the lab using LEXAN&trade-, a polycarbonate thermoplastic found in headlamps and motorcycle helmets with 250 times the impact strength of glass.
