Neptune 44 - Black

The Neptune-44 isn't just inspired by history, it's also marked by it. Using a unique process, each case was immersed off the coast of Utah Beach, Normandy, using oyster farming methods. Exposed to the same salt, sun, and sand that witnessed the Allied landings on June 6, 1944, each case emerges with unique markings and discolorations, not by choice, but by the effects of time and the tides. This transformation is due to exposure, not surface treatment. Every scratch tells the story of the waves crashing on the steel, a natural patina acquired in the very waters of D-Day.

The dial continues this robust tribute with an aged black finish, developed specifically for this edition. The indexes are patinaed and muted, recalling the wear and tear of real field instruments. No two dials are exactly alike; each develops its own character over time.

The Neptune-44 is not a reproduction. It is a living relic, forged from salt and memory, and a tribute to the enduring legacy of those who landed before us. A percentage of the proceeds from the sale of each Neptune-44 will be donated to the Utah Beach D-Day Museum in Normandy. The donation will be used to thank them for their support of the project.

This watch features a 38 mm patinated steel case with 10 ATM water resistance. It features sword hands and patinated indexes, both treated with Super-Luminova for enhanced visibility. A double-domed sapphire crystal protects the dial, while inside is a Miyota 9039 premium automatic movement.
